The Photographer

All of the images produced by Pieces of Guernsey have been captured by local photographer Sarah Chammings.  Sarah designs all of her products herself, and where possible the items produced are made/printed in  Guernsey  to keep things truly  local.

Delivery and Postage:

We can ship our products worldwide. Prices include postage and packaging/delivery within Guernsey.  For all other shipping destinations, please select your area from the drop down menu during checkout.  All Wall Art products ordered for delivery outside of Guernsey will be charged accordingly.

 

We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment subject to availability.

VAT & IMPORT DUTIES:

Please note that for UK customers VAT will be levied by us on all products.

 

International delivery may be subject to additional import duties and taxes which may be payable by the addressee at the point of delivery. 

 

All of our products are well packaged for transport to ensure that they are received in perfect condition.

Return Policy:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Pieces of Guernsey.  If, however, you change your mind then we do accept returns for exchange or refund.  

 

Please contact us for return authorisation and indicate the reason for return.  All returns of this nature must be returned to us at your expense and by an insured method.  Items must also be in a complete and unused condition and returned in the original packing within 14 days of receiving the item.  Please obtain a proof of postage when returning any items to us.

 

In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty, incomplete items, or should your items be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can quickly rectify the situation.  We can either offer a replacement or a refund if the product is no longer available.
